TOOLEX Double Station Vises stand for extreme versatility, precision and minimum production tolerances, allowing a repeatability of one hundredth of a millimeter.
TOOLEX Vises are available with soft machinable or hardened top jaws and base jaws for the patented TOOLEX ACCUSNAP® Quick-Change system, which allows you to change or index jaws within seconds. With SnapLock Fixture Plates you can realize a wide variety of fixturing applications, such as holding many small parts or parts with difficult clamping or locating requirements. With the TOOLEX Single Station Conversion Plate you quickly convert every double station to a single station vise, ideal for larger workpieces.
The range of TOOLEX top jaws and accessories is extensive and offers you diverse application options and the optimization of your machining processes even with differently sized workpieces. - Vise bodies are manufactured from high-quality 80,000 PSI ductile cast iron, and ways are flame hardened and ground to accuracies of +/- .0005.
